There are two sections to
the enrolment form:

Firstly,
proceed to
our secure server where you will be asked for credit card information. This
is to pay for the AUD $150.00 enrolment processing fee. (including GST) |

Once
this is completed you will be directed to the enrolment form. |

The
Centre will advise you by return email/in writing of your acceptance and inform you of the
remaining amount that must be paid. |
