To make an enrolment, download the Enrolment Form (PDF document).
There are two sections to the enrolment form:
- Firstly, proceed to our secure server where you will be asked for credit card information. This is to pay for the AUD $200.00 enrolment processing fee. (including GST)
- Once this is completed you will be directed to the enrolment form.
- The Centre will advise you by return email/in writing of your acceptance and inform you of the remaining amount that must be paid.
